About the Builder

Chuck Lemmond brings over 30 years of diverse, yet focused residential home-building experience and integrity to your custom home design, budget and construction. With his roots based in the residential framing and trim carpentry business, and deepened by over four years in managing residential concrete foundation construction, the core of the business is established. This is followed by several years of Quality Control and Customer Service Management for a luxury home builder in Florida, where Chuck earned a State Certified Building Contractors license, qualifying him to build homes in regulation - and hurricane heavy - coastal Florida. Rounding out the career experience are more than a dozen continuous years with a very reputable national home-builder in Austin, Texas; initially as Construction Superintendent, then growing through several other valued positions before ultimately becoming Vice-President of Supply Management for the Central Texas region, where multimillion dollar agreements were created and executed with great consideration and integrity.

With Chuck's thorough knowledge of the construction trade coupled with extensive experience in the industry, Chuck has established a personal yet guided process in working with his clients to efficiently and ultimately deliver the custom home that is desired by the homeowner.

Now this cumulative experience is bundled with a full responsive commitment to bring the excellence of a quality, comfortable and functional home to you.

Bear Creek homes was started by Chuck Lemmond in 2004.

Since it's beginning Bear Creek Homes has built over fifty custom homes and completed multiple additions and remodeling projects in Austin's Hill County area.
